We want you to love your order. If you need to make a return, please review our policy timelines and guidelines below and request a return below.

Refunds: Request within 14 days of delivery.
Exchanges & Store Credit (US Only): Request within 30 days of delivery.
Return Window: Once your request is approved, you have 7 days to ship the item(s) back to us.

Return Fees

US Orders: A $9.95 return fee will be deducted from your refund. This fee is waived if you are exchanging, returning for store credit, or if you purchased order protection.

International Orders: A $16.95 return fee will be deducted from your refund. International orders are eligible for a refund on duties and taxes. We do not offer direct exchanges or order protection for international shipments at this time; please request a refund and place a new order for your replacement item.



Return Conditions

• Must include all original tags attached.
• Must be complete, unaltered, unworn, undamaged, and clean. Returns of soiled or damaged products will be sent back to you.

Processing Time: Returns are processed in the order they are received. Please allow 14–21 business days for our team to process your refund.

Damaged in Transit: Every order is measured and documented before being sealed with a package protection seal. If your package arrives damaged, tampered with, or with a broken seal, please refuse the delivery so the carrier can return it to sender. We cannot issue refunds for transit damage if the delivery was accepted.

Shipping Fees: All original shipping fees are non-refundable.
